Price Points for Obtaining Public Records

1. Photocopy Documents:
- 8 ½ x 11 (letter) - Black & White Copy: $0.10 per impression
- 8 ½ x 11 (letter) - Color Copy: $0.20 per impression
- 8 ½ x 14 (legal) - Black & White Copy: $0.15 per impression
- 8 ½ x 14 (legal) - Color Copy: $0.25 per impression
- 11 x 17 - Black & White Copy: $0.20 per impression
- 11 x 17 - Color Copy: $0.30 per impression
2. Vehicle Accident Report: $5.00 per report
3. Insurance Verification Report: $10.00 per report
4. Photographs:
- 35mm reprints: $1.00 each
- 5 x 7 reprints: $10.00 each
- 8 x 10 reprints: $10.00 each
5. Digital Photos (up to four photos per sheet):
- White paper: $1.00 per sheet
- Inkjet photos: $2.00 per sheet
6. Compact Discs: $10.00 each
7. Electronic Data:
- Data copy (disk must be provided by requester): $1.00 per disk

Please note that additional charges, including the hourly wage of the employee preparing the information, may apply.
